I think Bungaku Shoujo is not a shoujo series, it is aimed for males. The manga is shoujo but the light novels which the anime uses is more into the drama area. Technically, the male lead has a harem himself >_>.

Going by the usage of visuals I'd still say it's Shoujo. Then again, I haven't watched it, so I can not say with certainty. :P

They are 720x480 - resolution information is correct.
That being said it would turn out to be 15x10 - probably some anamorphic effects somewhere in the video. Download it to make sure. :P
